Parking
Fort Sint Gertrudis has two free parking areas nearby, as well as plenty of parking spots in the surrounding residential area. We suggest to park at:

  • [P] Haven, across the event location.
  • [P] Statenlaan, 5-10 minute walk.
  • Bastionstraat, 5-10 minute walk.

Visiting the Expertise Day is free of charge for our customers. While registration is not mandatory, we kindly ask you to register in advance to help us prepare for catering and logistics. Throughout the day, coffee, tea, and soft drinks will be available. Lunch will be served in the afternoon, and starting at 15:45, drinks and snacks will be served as we conclude the event together.

About the Applied Technologies Expertise Day

To keep you focussed on all our areas of expertise, we recently announced the second edition of the Applied Technologies Expertise Day. This event will take place on June 4 at Fort Sint Gertrudis in Geertruidenberg. By showcasing our areas of expertise, we aim to strengthen our connection with innovative OEMs and scaleups who rely on partners like us for advanced electronic components and design-in solutions.

The event will be started with an insightful inspiriment session on ‘A World in Transition’, presented by Ruud Veltenaar. We have outlined most of the day's program and published a preview of the sessions that will be held. Registration for a visit is now open.

Blowing Innovation into Healthcare and Industry

Gianni Trenti will focus on radial blowers, a key component of medical ventilators that supply air to patients. He will cover various ventilation applications, from home care to intensive care, and the technical requirements for blowers. Additionally, we will explore high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) for neonates and the technical challenges involved. Following this, Thomas Liebhardt will highlight the broader industrial applications of these blowers. In this session, Cavli Wireless will showcase how its C16QS LTE Cat 1.bis module integrates with Starlink’s LEO satellite network, tested over Band 25 in the U.S. The presentation will highlight how Cavli’s solutions enable seamless satellite fallback with cellular IoT modules, covering the impact of satellite latency, bandwidth, and cost trade-offs.
