Reparatie

Batenburg Applied Technologies heeft een uitgebreide service- en reparatieafdeling op het gebied van weerstanden, joysticks, sensoren en industriële PC’s. Onze gespecialiseerde medewerkers voeren het onderzoek uit, waarna u een offerte ontvangt met daarin de prijs en de verwachte levertijd.

U heeft de mogelijkheid tot het laten repareren, kalibreren en modificeren van uw producten. Zowel binnen als buiten de garantieperiode. Om het proces zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen vragen wij u de onderstaande procedure te volgen.

Aanmelden van de reparatie

U kunt uw reparatie aanmelden door het onderstaande formulier te downloaden en in volledig in te vullen. Voeg deze toe aan het te behandelen product en verstuur deze naar:

Onderzoek

Wij streven ernaar om het product binnen 5 werkdagen te onderzoeken. Op basis hiervan maken wij een offerte op. In de offerte vindt u alle details met betrekking tot de uit te voeren reparatie(s). Zo weet u altijd waar u voor betaalt.

Wat zijn de voorwaarden?

• Het product is voorzien van een volledig ingevuld serviceformulier.
• Wij brengen onderzoekskosten in rekening. Deze vervallen wanneer u kiest voor het uitvoeren van de reparatie (details in serviceformulier).
• De garantie op de te vervangen onderdelen bedraagt 12 maanden.
• Indien u twijfelt of wij uw instrument kunnen repareren of kalibreren, kunt u telefonisch contact met ons opnemen via het nummer +31 (0)10 - 292 87 87.

Repair

Batenburg Applied Technologies has an extensive service and repair department for resistors, joysticks, sensors, and industrial PCs. Our specialized staff conducts the inspection, after which you will receive a quote with the price and expected delivery time.

You have the option to repair, calibrate, and modify your products, both within and outside the warranty period. To streamline the process as smoothly as possible, we ask you to follow the procedure below.

Registering the repair

You can register your repair by downloading the form below and filling it out completely. Attach it to the product to be processed and send it to:

Inspection

We aim to inspect the product within 5 working days. Based on this, we will provide a quote which will contain all details related to the repair(s) to be carried out, so you always know what you are paying for.

What are the conditions?

• The product is accompanied by a fully completed service form.
• We charge investigation costs. These are waived if you choose to proceed with the repair (details in the service form).
• The warranty on the replaced parts is 12 months.
