Service and technical maintenance
Batenburg Applied Technologies has a professional service and repair department for resistors, joysticks, sensors, and industrial PCs. In addition, we offer a calibration service for test and measurement equipment.
Our service and repair work is carried out both within and outside the warranty period. All repair and calibration activities take place in ESD-certified facilities, where our engineers work according to the highest quality standards and strive for fast and efficient turnaround times.

Test & Measurement
Our engineers take care of the maintenance, calibration, and inspection of electrical measuring instruments, including handheld testers from HIOKI and BK Precision. Calibration keeps sensors, meters, and instruments performing accurately and in line with all technical requirements. With our close ties to suppliers, we provide fast service and dependable technical support.
IPC's
With our strong focus on automation hardware, we also handle the service and repair of both custom and standard industrial PCs. We perform hardware checks, install software updates, and run diagnostics to ensure components are replaced on time. This keeps IPC systems stable, fast, and reliable throughout their service life, even in demanding industrial environments.
Joysticks
As the representative of Gessmann, FSG, and Genge & Thoma, we supply a complete range of robust mechanical joysticks and consoles. Part of our portfolio is built in-house, where we also carry out certified maintenance to the highest standards. This ensures that operators can always rely on smooth, safe, and dependable HMI components in harsh industrial applications.
Power Resistors
Our production department has been developing and maintaining power resistors since the early days of Van der Perk and HPR. We test, inspect, and overhaul these resistors according to strict quality standards to ensure installations operate reliably. With decades of experience, we deliver durable, safe solutions that help prevent unexpected downtime.

Inspection and quotation
We inspect your product within 5 working days. Based on this inspection, you will receive a quotation with a detailed overview of the required repair(s) and associated costs. This ensures full transparency.
Conditions
- The product must be accompanied by a fully completed service form.
- Inspection fees apply.
- These inspection fees are waived if you approve the repair (see service form).
- Replacement parts carry a 12-month warranty.
